All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom using the following services:

Royal Mail 48 for smaller items

Evri or DPD for larger packages

Estimated delivery times:

UK: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
